Happy New Year

May 2018 be a year of success for you and yours!

On a personal note.

During January Geoff and I take time to have a holiday, plan and envision the year to come, meet with prospective new members, and see lots of theatre and movies.   Basically we reinvigorate and seek inspiration.

Next week we are off to NIDA Open in Melbourne, to do a week-long course in Designing for the stage. We recommend anyone keen to develop their skills to look into the training programs offered by NIDA for Actors, Directors and Producers. Reasonably priced and led by industry professionals.

While in Melbourne we hope to see the Pop Up Globe again.  We saw it in November, thoroughly captivated by the performance of  Henry V.  Amazing recreation of Shakespeare’s world of 1614, using fabulous audience participation and a venue that is so much fun!

Also, the whole family is booked in to see Melbourne Theatre Company’s production of "The curious incident of the dog in the night-time.” We know we will be inspired.
